For the past two years, I did a 365 project. Life happened and I stopped posting. It isn’t because I stopped taking pictures; it is because I didn’t have the time to stop and blog it. I should, I know…and I may still. I’ll call it Throwback 365 – or something like that…hmmm, I like that. A lot.
This year I wanted to find, and commit to, a project I could manage. I thought about doing another 365, but we all know how that turned out the last two years. Whoops! Then I saw Clickin Moms had a photo challenge/creative exercise for 2013.
Clickin Moms is a great, informative website for photographers ranging from amateur to experienced. Their challenge, creative exercise, is called a blog circle. Each blog circle consists of twelve participants. Each participant will link to the next participant each month. That way we can all check out gorgeous work!
This month’s theme was close up portraiture. I LOVE pretty much anything close up. I love both of my macro lenses. However, I am sitting here now, composing this blog post, thinking where are all of my close up shots that I love so much?! Eeep!
Please take the time to check out Lea’s take on Close Up Portraiture. She is fabulous. =) If you are an aspiring photographer, or just want to learn a little bit, I highly recommend checking out Clickin Moms forum.
